The Fourth Dimension

The fourth dimension is time. We exist in the third dimension. An amoeba or a microbe when observed under a microscope exists in the second dimension to us. So if an amoeba is in a river constantly moving at its top speed of 11.1 micrometer for its entire lifetime of two days, it can only cover 144cm.
For an amoeba in water, water is a constant that can't be changed, molded or tampered with. An amoeba moves forward in water. How water is for an amoeba, time is for us. But unlike an amoeba we can't go back in or sideways in time.
So what if there is or are beings that live outside of time for whom time is not a constant? For us, time moves in a line. But for somebody outside time it could be a ray or a line segment. They may be able to go in and out of time at any point they want. That may be god. A being outside this world who is omnipresent at all times, literally. Or that may be the place where we go when we die. That may explain the paranormal activities that happen.
